Vinegar Skin Recipes

Vinegar skin recipes are most efficient when an organic apple cider vinegar is used. Vinegar use is so simple and versatile, and it takes only a couple of minutes to prepare these recipes.

Vingear will cleanse and restore the skin, restrict the dilated pores, and improve the circulation making sure the whole skin recieves nutrients it needs.

Mixed skin type facial tonic

Ingredients

  • 200 ml of distilled water (approximately 7 tablespoons)
  • 1 tablespoon of grated apple (with skin)
  • 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of apple vinegar

Preparation

Boil water and add all the ingredients. Let it rest for 2 hours and then using a gauze, remove the bigger particles. Keep the extracted liquid refridgerated.

Orange facial tonic

Ingredients

  • Orange peel (2 oranges)
  • 200 gr of apple vinegar (approx. 7 tablespoons)
  • 1 tablesooon of baking soda
  • 1 l of water

Preparation

Before you peel the oranges, soak them in liquid you have previously prepared (baking soda and water) and let it sit for an hour.

Peel the orange, cut it into small chunks and soak in vinegar.

After 7 days of keeping the liquid in a cool and dark place, strain using a gauze.

You can use this tonic previously deluted (1:1 ratio) with water. It stimulates the circulation and closes the dilated pores. It acts as an astringent thanks to the orange oil found in the peel.

Parsley vinegar facial lotion

Ingredients

  • 100 ml of apple cider vinegar
  • 150 ml of distilled water
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
  • 20 ml medicinal alcohol

Preparation

The night before, add parsley to warm water. In the morning, strain the liquid and mix with the other ingredients.

This lotion refreshes and cleanses the skin, constricting the dilated pores. It is recommended for oily skin type and dry skin prone to scaling.

Parsley is also used an ingredient in acne home remedies. It is an excellent antiseptic.

Vinegar and honey lotion

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon of wheat get oil
  • 1 teaspoon of apple vinegar

Mix all the ingredients but vinegar. Add the vinegar gradually until the mass is consistent. Apply on the face and leave on for 20 minutes and afterwards rinse off with warm water.

This recipe yields 1 mask.

This recipe is excellent as it combines the antiseptic properties of honey and antiinflammatory properties of vinegar to result in a soft and cleansed face.

Peach facial pack

This one is easy! :)

Peel and puree an average size peach. Add to this a bit of apple cider vinegar, enough to make a consistent mass (consistent so it stays on the face).

Apply on the face and leave on for 20 minutes or so. Rinse the face with warm water.

This pack is recommended for any skin type, refreshes and firms the skin.
